THE ULTIMATE CHEWING OUT
The youth revolution continues on Dark as we continue to see new faces and young wrestlers reinvent themselves. This week saw both in equal measure as well as one of the strangest interactions we’ve witnessed yet. Here’s how the matches shook down!
Derrick Cole def Xavier Cross via Heisman Kick
Kofi Kingston def Adam Cole via Trouble in Paradise
Max Ultimate def Chandler Marcy via Buzzkiller
Queen Alexia def Kristin Sakamoto via Queen’s Crown
B-Team def British Strong Style via Curtis Axel Neckbreaker
Franky Omega def Igris via Coast to Coast
After Ultimate’s match against the debutant and former college football defensive player of the year Chandler Marcy, the Bostonian got on the mic to thank the fans for all they’ve done for him. But out of nowhere, Stefford Drummond appeared. The bitter veteran chastized Max for thanking the fans when, in Drummond’s words, people don’t do anything except put you down and ruin your life. Ultimate took exception with this assessment and challenged Drummond to prove him wrong. Drummond promised the two will face off two weeks from today. What could come of this bizarre interaction?
Performance of the Night goes to Franky Omega who turned heads with a Coast to Coast, a move he had not yet done in GAW. Ahead of his Stormchaser main event match with Lancelot, Franky Omega showed he’s more than just a submission expert and he may spoil the underground legend’s return to the ring!
