MYSTERIO vs
MCGREGOR

After an unbelievable Night 1 that featured some of the biggest moments in GAW history, Night 2 at least sees a little more stability. We open the night with Damian Martinez finally battling his foe Jay White. White came out with Drew McIntyre in hopes of turning the odds in his favor but Martinez was not to be denied in the match he has wanted since he debuted. Within two minutes, Martinez obliterated White, putting him away with a thunderous boot to the head.

Eddie Hernandez brought in Lars Nightfall to protect the GAW Academy as it began its biggest growth period in history. Little did he know at the time he would be the one to face Nightfall in the big man’s biggest match in GAW. Hernandez did what he always does and proved he is one of the greatest in the history of the Academy. But on this night, Nightfall was just a bit better. He viciously attacked Hernandez’s surgically repaired left shoulder before driving him to the mat with the Nightmare. Nightfall walked out the victor making this the biggest win of his short GAW career.

The only title on the line in Night 2 was Rosita’s US Championship when she defended it against newcomer Ruby Riott. As always, Hernandez was there to help his LAX charge. Riott withstood far more than most against the champ, even kicking out of the Exchange. But as always, Hernandez turned the tide in Rosita’s favor. The champ managed to drop Riott with a spike basement hurricanrana to retain.

Our main event saw GAW’s most decorated champion return to the ring as Rey Mysterio teamed up with the future of wrestling Bandido to take on Conor McGregor and Bobby Lashley. This was a spectacle of a match and all four men knew the heightened stakes. Each man came within inches of grabbing the victory but each man fell short every time. After a fierce battle that saw McGregor nearly pick up the win, LAX turned the tides. The two lucha standouts combined for an assisted top rope leg drop on the brash Irishman to win the Night 2 headliner.

Night 3 features the much anticipated last man standing match between Yun-Son Park and Omega Woods!
