TWO TITLE MATCHES AND ONE BIG RETURN

The show begins with Paul Heyman, the advocate of World Champion Brock Lesnar, addressing the events of last week. The long-time friend of the champ said last week was not supposed to be about them (questionable) but Aleister Black made it about him. But as Heyman railed against the former champ, Cody Rhodes came out to the ramp. He said he agreed with Aleister Black that people had become complacent and Lesnar had proved it was time for GAW to step up. Heyman called his bluff, challenging Cody to a world title match next week.

The first match of the night was over almost as soon as it began. Bianca Belair took on Ruby Riott and was absolutely dominant, pinning Riott with the KOD in under two minutes.

The tag team champs return to action against British Strong Style. Following the debut of Ricochet and Robbie Eagles last week, things are uncertain surrounding the Usos. But you’d never know it watching this match as the Usos looked as dominant as ever. The champs remained undefeated with an incredible top rope clothesline and pop-up Samoan drop to win.

Backstage, War Machine and TMDK brawled ferociously. Things are not done between these two teams.

The first of two title matches sees PAC challenge Bandido for the Intercontinental Title. This match was fought at a furious pace as the two stellar athletes matched each other blow for blow. The key was the champ never allowing PAC to lock in the Brutalizer, the most dangerous submission in the world. Bandido locked up his third successful defense of the title with a Heatseeker.

In our main event, Rosita defends her US Title against Ember Moon. Much like the previous title match, this contest was almost even. But, much like the previous match, the champ never allowed the challenger to hit their most dangerous move. Moon never got the Eclipse, but Rosita did manage to hit the Exchange to retain.

But the story was not done there. After the match, the trademark shotgun blasts rattled the arena. Shayna Baszler strode out to confront the US champ. Rosita stood her ground but there’s no doubt Baszler presents the most dangerous threat Rosita has ever faced.
