TAG TITLES AND CREDIBILITY ON THE LINE

Before the action kicks off, Rise Championship challenger Yamamoto explains why she blew off champion Lazzara last week. In Japanese, Moto explained Lazzara has been patronizing and condescending to her and many other women in Evolution and Moto is ready to be crowned champion.

The first match of the night sees Chandler Marcy take on Max Ultimate. The young Bostonian and his partner Ramon Gutierrez will take on the Gotti Crime Family on the Admission Fee but first, Jon Gotti was watching on his the highly touted Chandler Marcy is in action again. Marcy was clearly motivated by the moment, destroying Max Ultimate with a powerbomb to win.

Backstage, Derrick Cole talks with Marco Diaz about the night ahead of the Las Vegas Connection. He ensures Diaz understands he is to destroy TJ Frost and then make sure Lee Carr does not beat Angelo Diaz later on.

Unfortunately for Diaz, the first part of Cole’s order did not turn out so well. TJ Frost was not going to be denied in this match, hitting Marco with the Kill Shot and a Frost Cutter for the emphatic win.

Braddock and Santanico make their match at Bash at the Beach official with the RAW Title on the line in a contract signing. While things didn’t get physical, you could cut the tension in the room with a knife. All we can say is it will be a match to remember at Bash.

Lee Carr will fight for the Apex Title at Bash but first he has to battle Derrick Cole’s hired gun Angelo Diaz. It was an even match but, as Cole had ordered, Marco Diaz hit the ring to try to hand Carr a loss before his title match. But Carr saw it coming from moment one, hitting Marco with a Green Out and sending him out of the ring. He turned into the heavy strikes of Angelo but, once again, he was ready. The Ultimate Cinderella dropped the other Diaz with a Green Out to get the win.

In the main event, Pretty Bad Deal challenges Hernandez and Park for the tag titles in a match they earned through the breakup of the Titans. It was a tremendous match with all four men firing on all cylinders but, as they have done so often, Hernandez and Park threw things into another gear. Hernandez survived the Jacob Ace stunner and managed to submit Shawn Alexander with a cloverleaf, a part of Hernandez’s game he has greatly improved over the past year.
