WILL TEAM KICK SHOW THEIR FACES??

With just one show left until Bash at the Beach, anything can happen… But can tonight’s episode of Storm match the unreal action of Stormchaser on Monday??

We begin the show with Conor McGregor making his singles wrestling debut so that’s a start. The Champ-Champ drew PAC for his debut and the former world champ gave McGregor everything he could handle. Ultimately, though, McGregor dipped into his MMA training for a straight knockout, putting PAC to sleep with some viscous ground and pound.

You might have guessed, but McGregor got on the mic after the match. He called out CM Punk to finally settle things face to face. Punk answered the call and after some trash talk back and forth, McGregor told Punk he would end his career in an Irish Street Fight. Before Punk could accept, however, McGregor took a pot shot at Punk’s UFC career . That was a step too far for the Second City Saint and he booted McGregor below the belt before putting the boots to him. Punk finished things off with a GTS, proving to McGregor Punk is not someone to underestimate.

Up next, WALTER takes on Matt Hardy with World Champion Aleister Black watching on. Hardy pushed WALTER more than most, but it wasn’t enough as the Ring General put away the former IC champ with a powerbomb. Much like Punk did, WALTER sent a big message to his Bash at the Beach opponent.

Backstage, the Usos told TMDK they’ve seen plenty of teams that win a couple matches and arrogantly tout their success, but they never last. The Usos graciously welcome the new team on the scene to the Uso Penitentiary; we’ll find out at Bash if TMDK are up to the challenge.

In our main event, Ronda Rousey battled the resurgent Kairi Sane for the right to take on Dakota Kai at Bash at the Beach. As well as Sane has been performing recently, this was Ronda Rousey’s night. The Baddest Woman on the Planet locked in the dreaded armbar after kicking out of the Insane Elbow and got the tap.

But the action was far from over.

As Rousey celebrated, Tegan Nox hit the ring to stare down Rousey. Of course, the question became where was Nox’s Team Kick teammate, the woman who will actually be fighting Rousey? We didn’t have to wait long to find out as Kai came in behind Rousey and knocked her challenger to the floor. Team Kick began softening up Rousey for her match against Kai, a clear sign the champions are afraid of the global superstar. But just as things began to get dire, Bianca Belair- Tegan Nox’s Bash at the Beach challenger- attacked Nox to even the odds. As Belair beat up the US Champ, Rousey turned the tables on the World Champ. As Kai went for the Kairopracter, Rousey caught the leg and turned it into an armbar, forcing the cowardly champ to tap out. Belair dropped Tegan Nox as well, leaving both challengers standing tall ahead of their title match in Daytona Beach!

Bash at the Beach begins Monday April 12 and will run through Friday April 23. The event will be split into six parts with parts airing Monday, Wednesday and Friday; Yamamoto, Katherine Sakamoto and Lazzara’s two out of three falls match for the Academy Women’s Championship will be the main event! Make sure you subscribe to see all the action!!
