ULTIMATE AND CARR
MAKE THEIR RETURNS!

Our show begins with MidNight defending his RAW Championship for the first time since Bash at the Beach. Xavier Cross was the man to step up, continuing the tradition of men fighting their way into a match with MidNight. Cross fought valiantly but was never able to lock on the Kronwalled Hawk Slayer, opening the door for MidNight to hit the Sleep Walker to retain.

We got to know a little bit about Derrick Cole, the man who made his debut last week on Dark. Cole grew up with a hard working mother who motivated him to be successful in anything they did. Cole has certainly done that.

Our next match saw Lars Nightfall take on Igris. Academy Champion Kurt Andrews specifically asked for Nightfall to be in this match as the champ felt Nightfall didn’t get a fair shot in his #1 contenders match against Oliver Parker. Igris was prepared for all of Nightfall’s offense as we expected but Nightfall was too powerful for the rookie. He pinned Igris with a Naked Prelude but wasn’t allowed to celebrate as out came the champion. Kurt Andrews told Nightfall he wanted to see the big man win because Andrews wants to prove he doesn’t run from anyone. It certainly seems as though we have a new #1 contender.

Max Ultimate makes his return after an attack from Jackel and the young man was all business. We saw another tough match between Ultimate and Stefford Drummond which featured Drummond kicking out of the Max Damage. You could tell how much Ultimate has learned in such a short time, however, as he hit a picture perfect butterfly suplex out of nowhere to get his first GAW win.

Backstage, Ballesca Pierce says she knew she had to earn her place in GAW and now that she’s beaten the Academy champion, she has earned her spot.

In our main event, the ultimate Cinderella Lee Carr returned for his first singles match since Stormchaser: Sydney. It was a straight forward affair featuring Lee Carr beating Mexican Shia with the Green Out; however, conspicuous by his absence was Oliver Parker, the man Lee Carr attacked at Bash at the Beach. Shockingly, this match went off without a hitch with no Oliver Parker in sight.

Next week on Stormchaser, Yun-Son Park will address Omega Woods, former Academy Women’s Champion Lazzara returns and our main event sees Flyboy take on La Tortuga Roja!
